Maverick Vinales in Yamaha

Maverick Viñales is a MotoGP racer who also competed in Moto3 World Championship and won the title in the season of 2013.

He was born in Figueres, Alt Empordà, a region in Spain. He started racing with Minimotos at the remarkably early age when he was only three years old. Then in 2002 when he was only seven years old, he competed in the Catalan 50cc and 2007 he became the champion of Catalan 125cc. He kept participating in many racing events. He joined the Moto3 racing championship, and in 2013 he won the title. He also competed in Moto2 WC in 2014.

Maverick Viñales and Yamaha:

In 2014 an announcement was made that Maverick Viñales will join the MotoGP for the season of 2015. He has been a part of MotoGP since then. In 2017 he raced for Yamaha and became the first debut winner for any team since 2011 when Casey Stoner held that title. He also has been competing for Yamaha in MotoGP 2018.
